Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in UK and USA.

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a timeframe of 3 to 7 business days.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at

dufflebagsshop@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos/video of the issue. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After an item has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
